Position: HR Compensation Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $75,000 to $90,000/year (based on experience)

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm

What You’ll Do:

Act as the go-to expert for compensation inquiries, partnering with P&C team members and department leaders.
Conduct detailed job and market analyses using job questionnaires and market data to stay competitive.
Help maintain and administer our company’s incentive programs and lead the annual merit process with the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Collaborate with HRIS and Compensation teams to update and maintain compensation data in Workday, including job profiles and pay grades.
Ensure our compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Take charge of compensation benchmarking surveys and provide insights from the results.
Assist with special compensation projects and maintain the company’s job catalog and job descriptions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of compensation experience; familiarity with Workday HRIS is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Certification like CCP/GRP is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Analytical mindset with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidentially with sensitive employee information.
Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
