Job Duties:
- Develops employee compensation including pay for performance, salary structure, incentive plans, etc
- Create benchmarking analyses and evaluate jobs based on market data
- Provides input to management and assist in communicating new or revised comp programs and initiatives
- Performs analysis on competitiveness of existing comp programs and models potential impact on business needs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years' relevant compensation experience
- Deep knowledge in benchmarking and sales commission/bonus
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws governing compensation
