Senior HRIS And Compensation Analyst
The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS), currently ADP WFN in addition to other systems supported by the HR department, currently Cornerstone on Demand. This position serves as a point of contact for technical and user support for the entire HR department and end users in the business. Critical responsibilities within the position will be ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also supports HR system upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned. The role will require analysis and interpretation of compensation data to ensure the organization’s pay structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends. This position will require technical proficiency of system administration as well as a willingness to become familiar with all the facets of Human Resources to better provide solutions and support.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and enhancement of HR Metrics, including implementation of an HR Metrics dashboard. Analysis including but not limited to, HR analytics (hiring, turnover, etc.), performance management, compensation, AAP, EEO, etc.
- Understand the functionality of HRIS system reporting and how it integrates with Payroll systems and procedures.
- Applies knowledge to maintain effective system utilization and accuracy.
- Coordinates system related projects and process improvement: integration implementations, enhancements and upgrade activities, HR processes, policies, and practices that impact accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide HRIS support and training to HR department and key users.
- Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Manage data integrity and reliability for all employment data and system tables.
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRIS tables, Document process and results.
- Analysis including but not limited to, HR analytics (hiring, turnover, etc.), performance management, AAP, EEO.
- Provide compensation insights to HR leadership regarding salary benchmarking and compensation adjustments.
- Prepare and generate reports related to compensation data, trends, and analysis. Present findings to HR management and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improving compensation-related processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation-related regulations and internal policies. Monitor pay equity and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Comfortable and Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Must be able to effectively approach and prioritize multiple tasks at any given time.
- Prior experience with ADP WFN, Cornerstone, UKG and Workday a plus, but not required.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
Education
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
