Job Responsibilities
Implement benefits plan that align with company goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance and other teams to provide input for corporate governance related disclosure.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external vendors, such as insurance providers.
Support to prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits programs for corporate governance events.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 10 years of working experience in HR, including experiences in compensation & benefit is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and presentation skills and attention to details.
Knowledge of regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
