The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Senior Attorney – Compensation & Benefits to join the TJX Legal Department as a senior member of an established legal team that provides advice and counseling on a broad range of compensation and benefits matters in support of TJX and its global total rewards strategies. This attorney will assist in all areas of the legal team’s practice, with a particular emphasis on executive compensation matters, proxy disclosure, and supporting the activities of the compensation committee of the Board of Directors, working closely with individuals in a number of departments, including human resources, finance, and communications professionals.

This position has a starting salary range of $155,900-$202,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives
