POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team at Signet! This role will be central to shaping and evolving our compensation programs, focusing on compliance, market competitiveness, and innovative incentive strategies. As we transition to a more sophisticated incentive management system, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our compensation practices and contribute to the growth of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders and lead critical initiatives around incentive plan administration, market pricing, and corporate compensation processes.

This position is based in Dallas, TX, and adheres to Signet’s hybrid work policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compensation Strategy & Compliance: Lead the monitoring of minimum wage changes and exempt threshold adjustments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to optimize compensation strategies.
  • Incentive Program Leadership: Take ownership of incentive plan administration for field team members. Play a pivotal role in the transition from a manual to a more automated incentive system, ensuring smooth execution and greater efficiency.
  • Market Pricing & Job Evaluations: Conduct in-depth market pricing for support center roles, using a data-driven approach to ensure alignment with industry standards. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure our compensation offerings remain competitive.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize market data, compensation trends, and internal pay equity data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Regularly present findings to key stakeholders to influence business decisions.
  • Corporate Compensation Programs: Support annual compensation processes, including Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIP), Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), and merit increases. Assist in aligning compensation strategies with company goals.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development and optimization of compensation policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and best-in-class practices.
  • Compensation Surveys: Participate in compensation surveys to gather relevant data for benchmarking and decision-making.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field. A strong understanding of compensation structures, incentive programs, and compliance regulations is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with compensation platforms such as ERI, Workday, CompAnalyst, and SAP Callidus/SF Incentive Management. Familiarity with advanced compensation systems is a plus.
