We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to help design, build, and manage our global compensation programs. Youβll be a key partner of the Total Rewards team to launch/implement new compensation programs, provide insights and analysis, and serve as a subject matter expert to our cross-functional stakeholders and employees.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York City, NY, Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA hubs.

As our next Senior Compensation Analyst, you should have 5+ years of compensation experience at a fast-paced company, plus:
For US-based applicants: $160,000/year to $210,000/year + benefits + equity.
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
