Wellabe is seeking a hybrid Sr. Agent Compensation Analyst to be responsible for complex commission set up, validation, analysis, metrics, reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, IT, or related field. Combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years’ related experience.
- Data analytics, query writing (SQL), or commission and policy application, a plus.
