Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation Consultant

We’re partnered with a leading organization that is looking for a Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation Consultant to optimize and enhance their existing Workday Compensation functionality. They are looking for a consultant to fully activate Workday’s capabilities, improve dashboards and metrics, and ensure detailed documentation for future team transitions.

 

Details:

• 6 month contract
• Remote

• 40 hours per week
• State Date: ASAP

 

Job Description:

  • Lead the activation of full Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation functionality.
  • Conduct a thorough review of the current Workday setup and identify necessary configuration changes.
  • Partner with Workday Assist experts and internal stakeholders to ensure best-practice implementation.
  • Build improved dashboards and metrics for compensation analysis. Provide detailed documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer for future team members.

 

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation.
  • Previous experience optimizing Workday Compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles.
  • Ability to document processes thoroughly for future team transitions.
  • Strong analytical skills to build out dashboards and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
