You will be a thought partner in developing and improving our compensation structure. You are a go-getter who is happy to ask questions and has the initiative to find answers. This is not a role where you’re sitting behind the scenes crunching numbers (although there is some of that, so you should love data and be comfortable with excel).

What you'll do:

Assist Compensation partners/analysts in the analysis and administration of global compensation programs, including survey data submissions, salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards.
Work with Compensation Partners/analysts in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with People BPs and business leaders to address compensation-related inquiries and provide data-driven insights in partnership with business segment comp partner/analyst.
Maintain and update compensation databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and presentations for senior management.
Own the coordination and management of domestic and international relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Assist compensation partners and analysts with various projects and tasks to support the overall compensation strategy.
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and Total Rewards as needed.

What it takes to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global setting.
Prior internship or experience in compensation, HR, or a related field is a plus.
Experience 1-2 years preferred
US / UK / Ireland experience a plus

Compensation range for this position is $66,500.00- $112,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
