You will be a thought partner in developing and improving our compensation structure. You are a go-getter who is happy to ask questions and has the initiative to find answers. This is not a role where you’re sitting behind the scenes crunching numbers (although there is some of that, so you should love data and be comfortable with excel).

What you'll do:
- Assist Compensation partners/analysts in the analysis and administration of global compensation programs, including survey data submissions, salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards.
- Work with Compensation Partners/analysts in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with People BPs and business leaders to address compensation-related inquiries and provide data-driven insights in partnership with business segment comp partner/analyst.
- Maintain and update compensation databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and presentations for senior management.
- Own the coordination and management of domestic and international relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist compensation partners and analysts with various projects and tasks to support the overall compensation strategy.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and Total Rewards as needed.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Prior internship or experience in compensation, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience 1-2 years preferred
- US / UK / Ireland experience a plus

- Compensation range for this position is $66,500.00- $112,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
