Location: HYBRID(Location is in Sun City West, AZ)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm
Pay: $65,000-$100,000/year
Responsibilities:
Compensation Analysis and Strategy
- Analyze compensation data and trends to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments based on market research.
- Participate in salary surveys to ensure alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy.
- Develop salary administration programs, pay levels, and grade structures.
- Design and implement incentive programs.
Policy and Program Development
- Develop and deliver training programs related to compensation policies and practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing compensation, payroll, and benefits plans while ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements.
- Manage the annual re-evaluation of benefits programs for cost-effectiveness and legal compliance.
Recruitment and Talent Support
- Collaborate with HR teams on recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
- Assist in the administration of employee contracts, including FMLA considerations.
Job Classification and Benchmarking
- Evaluate job classifications and conduct benchmarking for new and existing positions.
- Execute and manage the creation of job descriptions and annual assignment of job codes.
Data Management and Reporting
- Utilize systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, ADP, and UKG for data management and reporting.
- Maintain a strong foundation in analyzing and understanding business financials.
Stakeholder Support
- Support management in addressing compensation-related issues and strategies.
- Provide recommendations to improve compensation practices and align them with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a compensation analysis role or a similar position within Human Resources.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UKG, Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, or ADP is preferred.
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and contract management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively to various stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
