Job Title: Labor or Compensation Analyst/Specialist
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Brief Description of Position:

We are seeking a Labor or Compensation Analyst/Specialist to manage payroll data, calculate labor costs, and provide insights into labor utilization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in payroll systems, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate bi-weekly minimum wage rates for California installers using ADP WFM time sheets and piece rate pay sheets.
  • Export, review, correct, and upload payroll data for six company codes into Acumatica and SAGE systems.
  • Prepare payroll trend reports for the Accounting Manager.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to resolve time sheet and piece rate discrepancies.
  • Report bi-weekly labor utilization metrics to leadership.
  • Maintain ADP GL mapping specifications and work with ADP consultants for data corrections.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience with payroll systems (ADP WFM, Acumatica, SAGE preferred).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of labor cost accounting and payroll processing.
  • Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues independently.
