Join our team as a Compensation Analyst, providing analytical support for global compensation programs. You’ll evaluate jobs, conduct market pricing, analyze salary data, and develop pay structures. Key responsibilities include supporting annual compensation cycles, managing salary surveys, providing pay ranges for job postings, and responding to benchmark requests. You’ll also assist with special HR projects, maintain job descriptions, and update Workday data. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this role is for you!
What You Will Do
- Compensation Analysis: Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs, conduct market pricing analysis, and provide recommendations to maintain competitive pay structures.
- HR & Management Support: Partner with HR and business leaders, advising on compensation decisions, reviewing salary actions for compliance, and assisting with job evaluations and audits.
- Market Research: Participate in salary surveys, analyze trends in pay and bonuses, and present findings to compensation management.
- Program Administration: Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and incentive programs, while continuously improving processes and employee experience.
- Training: Deliver compensation training, guidelines, and educational materials for managers and HR.
- System Optimization: Maintain global compensation systems, identify process improvements, and assist in system enhancements.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or classes toward CCP preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in compensation, including base pay and short-term incentive pay program administration. Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex compensation data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Software: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in compensation software. Experience with Workday and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools). Proficient with JDXpert and Market Pay (or similar platforms) preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with base pay administration, market pricing, job evaluation, and implementing compensation programs. Understanding of global compensation practices and regulations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Skilled at communicating and collaborating across all levels of organization.
- Organization: Ability to manage confidential data, handle high-volume requests, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
