Job Level: Individual Contributor

Position available in Columbia, MO with Hybrid Option

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsible for submitting company data and reviewing market data from salary and employment practices survey sources.  Supports Shelter’s job architecture through job description management including researching job requirements and evaluating job positions to ensure Shelter’s compensation remains competitive. Completes first look market pricing of job roles externally and internally. Works closely with the Manager of Compensation to ensure Shelter’s compensation philosophy and strategy are kept up to date and are compliant with local, state and federal law.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Willingness to obtain CCP designation.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
