As a Vice President – Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney in the HR Law Practice Group, you will work with a team of benefits attorneys supporting human resources professionals, as well as other legal colleagues, control partners and business leaders who provide cutting edge benefits to JPMorgan’s employees. Typical activities include assessing risk and mitigants in connection with innovation and evolution of the firm’s benefits and executive compensation strategies. This attorney advises a team of Human Resources professionals on benefits and executive compensation matters. This position requires a deep understanding of US legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to partner with clients on solutions that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in employee benefits law and executive compensation.
