The HRIS Compensation Analyst will manage & optimize the organization’s HR systems while working closely with the HR Compensation & Operations Supervisor. This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, monitoring and providing functional and technical support. This position will contribute to the ongoing development, testing, and maintenance of HR processes and systems. In addition, this position will provide support on compensation related matters, policies and initiatives.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Main Administrator for all HRIS systems
    1. Enter, update, upload, audit, and maintain accurate employee data within all HRIS & Fund system(s) (ADP, PerformYard, BLC, Pulse, Active Directory, etc.)
    2. Support new configuration to HR systems to meet specific business requirements
    3. Develop new functionalities and modules within the HR systems to support evolving HR processes
    4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues
    5. Ensure seamless data flow and communication across systems and third-party systems, assisting in monitoring and error resolution of integrations
    6. Participating in system upgrades, ensuring new features and enhancements are thoroughly tested
    7. Assist in training end users in HRIS systems and troubleshooting
  • Bi-weekly reporting and updates of Org Charts, Pulse Directory, Active Directory, Change Report, Turnover Report, Staffing/Headcount Report and Employee Compensation Reports
  • Monthly reports generation (anniversary/birthday, new hire & promotions)
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports and audits to support HR and business needs, including quarterly HR metrics reporting
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and procedures
  • Participate in third-party compensation surveys on an annual basis and compile/upload data into our PayScale Compensation system
  • Ensure data in PayScale is up to date and accurate and ADP feed is working daily
  • Assist in the Common Review Common Merit process
  • Conduct thorough job evaluation, market research and benchmarking analysis 
  • Serves as back up to the HR Compensation & Operations Supervisor to work with the HRBPs on salary analysis and recommendations for new hires and/or internal unbudgeted compensation actions within guidelines and policy
  • Assist in compensation training, support in the triennial salary structure analysis and ad hoc compensation projects and/or requests
  • Assist with compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent, and assist in preparing reports on compensation trends, budget considerations and forecast
  • Assist in policy updates and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulation

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  •  3 ~ 5 years of direct experience in HRIS support and development
  •  2 ~ 4 years of direct experience in HR Compensation
  • Working knowledge and experience in HRIS systems, data management and data configuration
  • Working knowledge of human resources administration and familiarity with HR processes and practices
  • Working knowledge in Compensation best practices and methodology
  • The ability to travel 10% – 15% (for trainings, if applicable)
  •  Associate's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Working knowledge in Power BI, preferred
  • Certification in CCP, PHR, or SPHR, preferred

Salary range for this position: Salary $72,600 - $90,8000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) with potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
