TITLE: Compensation Specialist (hybrid role)

NEW ROLE due to growth! GREAT, WELL-ESTABLISHED company needs a Compensation Specialist as they continue to grow and expand their compensation team.
SUMMARY:
- Assist in the design, management, assessment and administration of global, broad-based compensation programs
- Key player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and tools
- Reports to the Compensation Director
- Will work closely with key business leaders
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of Compensation experience including some global compensation experience (i.e., broad based compensation, salary structures, administration, incentive and sales plan design and support, etc.)
- Experience in publicly traded global companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
