JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Network Compensation Analyst will provide network-wide compensation consultation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: assisting in the development of compensation processes and programs; guidance to line management and Human Resources regarding compensation actions for employees; assisting in the management of the annual compensation planning process; and analysis and reporting on competitive salary and market data.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two to five years of experience in data analysis utilizing computer based data systems. Some experience in human resources, particularly compensation, preferred.
