The Finance Department at Hogan Lovells is a well-established function with global capabilities. The team is focused on providing the best service to financial users on both a national and an international scale and is eager to onboard an accomplished Partner Compensation Analyst.
The primary focus of this role is to support the firm’s partners in the Americas and provide assistance to the Partner Compensation team with gathering and preparing partner compensation related distributions, reports, models, inquires, and general ledger entries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis with an appreciation for working in a fast-paced, yet
enjoyable environment where collaboration and teamwork are encouraged.

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with one hour for lunch. Must be flexible for additional hours, as needed.
Washington, DC: The annualized salary range for this position is $80,400 to $91,650 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
