General Summary

Provides operational and analytical support to the Provider Compensation team. Participates in day-to-day compensation plan execution. Participates in annual compensation budget planning.



Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities


Essential Functions:

  • Supports evaluation of physician and APP productivity and compensation models as required.
  • Responds to requests for salary survey data. Participates in salary surveys, extracting and compiling pertinent data to complete survey questionnaires as necessary.
  • Participates in annual compensation budget planning.
  • Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses, and statements.
  • Participates in the annual compensation process for assigned areas. Maintains compensation system and accrual files. Participates in year-end reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborates with Business Managers, Directors of Operations, and Medical Group Administration in supporting the compensation of assigned areas and facilitates communication with physicians and APPs.
  • Oversees the Provider Forgivable Loan process.

  • Provides ad-hoc analysis and reports to Management as requested.
  • Continuously assesses and improves the work processes under their area of responsibility.
  • Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Masters Degree Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 5 years Experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or human resources Required
