General Summary
Provides operational and analytical support to the Provider Compensation team. Participates in day-to-day compensation plan execution. Participates in annual compensation budget planning.
ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Supports evaluation of physician and APP productivity and compensation models as required.
- Responds to requests for salary survey data. Participates in salary surveys, extracting and compiling pertinent data to complete survey questionnaires as necessary.
- Participates in annual compensation budget planning.
- Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses, and statements.
- Participates in the annual compensation process for assigned areas. Maintains compensation system and accrual files. Participates in year-end reconciliation processes.
- Collaborates with Business Managers, Directors of Operations, and Medical Group Administration in supporting the compensation of assigned areas and facilitates communication with physicians and APPs.
- Oversees the Provider Forgivable Loan process.

- Provides ad-hoc analysis and reports to Management as requested.
- Continuously assesses and improves the work processes under their area of responsibility.

QualificationsQualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Masters Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
- 5 years Experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or human resources Required
