Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing and implementing benefit and compensation strategies to attract, grow and retain people. The leader of this function will organize and support large corporate and strategic projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; a minimum of 8 years of broad-based compensation experience and management experience required.
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) is preferred.
Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and general human resources practice.
Strong analytical thinking, elevated level of problem solving, attention to detail, highly skilled in planning/organizing, and leading and developing process improvements.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and associates.
