Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing and implementing benefit and compensation strategies to attract, grow and retain people. The leader of this function will organize and support large corporate and strategic projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Bonus Strategies for the entire enterprise.
  • Execute timely delivery of Compensation Surveys.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory compliance of total rewards programs.
  • Responsible for Director and Board Compensation Plans.
  • Delivery of Pay Equity Study including evaluations and action plans.
  • Build and own Merit Strategy Forecasting.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate comprehensive benefits programs that align with Milo’s commitment to People.
  • Grow and develop TEAm and Self.
  • Serve as a cohesive member of the People Leadership TEAm.
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • Other responsibilities, as necessary

Supervisory:

This role will lead people.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; a minimum of 8 years of broad-based compensation experience and management experience required.

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) is preferred.

  • Professional HR certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and general human resources practice.

  • Strong analytical thinking, elevated level of problem solving, attention to detail, highly skilled in planning/organizing, and leading and developing process improvements.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and associates.
