The Compensation Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization’s compensation programs. This role involves administering pay structures, conducting job evaluations, and maintaining accurate data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, the specialist provides analytical support, assists in benchmarking processes, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
